We want you to be happy with your RetroShaves purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Law) Under European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
2. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must notify us by email at info@retroshaves.com before returning any item to receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or is incorrect.
3. Exceptions & Hygiene Rules For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal if their seal or packaging has been opened after delivery:

Cosmetics & Consumables: Shaving creams, soaps, aftershaves, and lotions.

Razors & Blades: Used razors or opened blade packs are strictly non-returnable.

Vintage Items: Items sold as “vintage” are unique and sold as described. They are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or differ significantly from the description provided.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed in EUR (Euros) to your original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging at info@retroshaves.com.
