1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to Portugal and selected European Union countries.

2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Times (Estimates)
Portugal: 7–15 business days.
European Union: 7–15 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination country.
Portugal: Rates starting at €5,30.
European Union: Rates vary by region and weight.
You can see the final shipping cost in your shopping cart before completing the payment.

5. Customs & Duties
All orders within the European Union are free of customs duties. For other destinations, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after 25 business days, please contact us at info@retroshaves.com. We will investigate with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not guarantee exact delivery dates for international shipments due to potential customs processing variability.
